Single Image and Canvas

Hi @auduno. This is more a question than an issue.

Do you have to use a Canvas with an Image rendered into it, or can this just be run on an run-of-the-mill Image tag?

Yes, you have to use a canvas element, as it is not possible to do common javascript image operations (reading/inserting pixels, rotating image, etc) with IMG elements.
