forgotten changes and first new icons

This version of the theme Responsive 1 is compatible with version 2.4.7 of My Little Forum.

Fixes

• corrected a forgotten place, where the changed URL-parameter-handling of MLF-version 2.4.7 applies, the view of a single thread was not switchable between nested and linear view

• a few tweaks for the subnavigation bar below the page header
• make every link in the footer menu a single list item, both RSS feed links was parts of a single list item before
• replaced a bunch of bitmap icons with SVG-icons, (Keep in mind, that these changes are incomplete at the moment!

• do not display the honeypot fields, it's harmless but also undesired to show them

more flexbox boxes

• set a fix width for the aside boxes in the forum main and the admin main view, was to flexible before

Basic ruleset for narrow viewports

The theme contains from now on all necessary rules to work on narrow viewports. The theme lacks most of the graphics at the moment, so it's not beautyful but functional.

The enhancement to wider viewports began. Main header, link to home and the search bar are unnested descendants of the page header. So they can act as flex items. Basic support for the main view of threads and the general map of the admin area exists.
