win10下已安装，命令行下测试没问题，可以下载了，但是运行了注册表文件以后，提示报错

该文件没有与之关联的应用来执行该操作。请安装应用，若已安装应用，请在”默认应用设置“页面中创建关联。

另，使用zimuku搜索字幕的时候，因很多上传的字幕不是以压缩包形式上传的，所以程序报错not a zip file或者not a rar file

能不能添加一个逻辑判断如果不是压缩包文件，再判断以下是否为ass或者srt，如果是的，直接重命名保存
