Would be quicker to include than remote synch, and is something that could be
included in the free
version.

seconded, would love to see it- I hate to have all my hard work go down the
drain if
I ever lost my phone.

The only drawback with my shuffle experience is the lack of an export function.
I have to do semi-
regular wipes and it keeps me from using your great software bc I keep losing
data.

It sounds like a nice feature. I would support it even for the pro service.

Adding now. Uses google protocol buffers, which I should be able to reuse for
synching.

Fantastic! Lack of backup is the only thing that was keeping me from using
shuffle
before.

Hi developers!

Shuffle is the best Android app I know! Widget rulezz.

I'll promise to make a 10000$ donation when I'll become a millionare, 'cause this
app is really helping me to become a millionare =)

But... PLEASE add the goddamn backup feature! =) It's the only feature that I need!
I'm really scared that I could loose all my Shuffle tasks just by pressing
uninstall
button instead of snoozing the alarm on monday morning. :b

Best wishes,
Vasily.

Hi,

I'd like to know the syntax used by the exported file. I have a large amount of
tasks
to put on my droid and I'm having problems installing Tracks.

TIA.

It's stored in Google Protocol Buffers format.
See http://code.google.com/p/protobuf/

Here's the proto file...

That was quick! Thanks!

(I read it above, but I thought it was... well, a protocol, not a file format)
