Instead use material-ui, exoskeleton.

I think material-ui would work for us, seems more like the React way. My only concern would be in the server rendered templates which are not using react currently.

Exoskeleton would probably work, but we could see some issues with the library you are using for keeping component state in sync with the models / collections? I'm not real sure how that would be handled.
