An issue with project initialization

Hello ! 🎉
I've tried to initialize application using provided instruction step-by-step and I got few issues with it.
First of all, it does not create the coresponding database tables for "planet, ships and people", there are only app_updates and users table with admin user inside of it.
The second issue is the presentation of the models in the administration UI, it seems like they are recognized wrongly by the keystone:

Any ideas how to fix this issues ? Thanks !
