Changes
Remove the feedback widget shown on the Help tab. This has historically been used as a request for support, skipping the options listed above the form. This is difficult to respond to (have to look up the tenant sending the feedback and reach out directly via email). It's also only used a handful of times each year.
Note to reviewers: The changes in PO, MO, and POT files can be skipped. These are just removing unused translatable strings and their Spanish translations.
