Interface basics

The plugin will display 3 windows, once it is open.
Note that larger images will take longer to display - wait until all three windows are displayed and arranged as in the image below:

The left window contains all the controls for the plugin.
The middle window is an instance of BigDataViewer showing 2D slices through your image.
The right window is an instance of ImageJ's 3DViewer showing a downsampled 3D view of your image.

Crosshair panel

The left window has different panels for different tasks. In general, they are arranged in the order you will use them - from top to bottom. e.g. The top panel allows you to control the appearance of your image in the 3D view.

C = colour : allows you to change the display colour.
T = transparency : allows you to change the transparency - lower values = more opaque.
V = visiblity : makes image visible / invisible
