This isn't exactly a theme issue, but this seems the best place to track it for now:

We currently have one site in the cohort group that has an audio player that 'sticks' once you start playing it, and will follow you around as you navigate the site without interrupting the audio.

Hoping we can use what's already been built for this site, and integrate it into the theme.
