Drop installing-feature and change tests that rely on installed gem

Hi,

I suggest that the tests for cucumber-nagios rely on the supplied command below $CN_ROOT/bin rather than installing it globally.
This would allow to run the features without root permissions and don't mess up the system's cucumber-nagios.
I could provide a patch which changes the remaining tests.
