Increase drop

Describe the bug
The effects that increase the drop of crops, tree logs and ores at level 1 indicate a chance of 100%. Even though the configuration is set to 3% per level.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I have no idea. I configured the plugin according to my needs and noticed that increasing the drop shows still 100% despite level 1.

Expected behavior
Placehorder should show an adequate chance to increase the decline.
