Allow throws to accept a fn/Promise that throws anything #3245

Adds a new key any: boolean to the expectation object for throws/throwsAsync assertions.
If this value is set to true the fn being tested is allowed to throw non-error values.

Example:

t.throws(()=>{throw foo;}, {any:true});

Since the lack of this feature is a blocker for AVA 6 (and I had a little bit of spare time) I've taken the liberty to push up documentation and the type changes.
