Cannot connect to Cowabunga Windows

I connect my device through USB , can read the data but the app not responding and then still say “None”. Please help.

there’s option for beta update or you could visit : https://betaprofiles.dev/

im not recommend it because it is ios18 DEVELOPER BETA and its not stable
