Unable to find location concept while configuring dashboard filter #1356

Login in the Webapp.
Open an Org which has a location concept type used in one of the forms.
Go to Offline Dashboard.
Click on Edit Dashboard
Click on Add Filter
In the Type dropdown, select Concept.
The Select concept drop down does not show the concept with location data type.

Expected Result:
It should show all the concepts configured with location datatypes.
