我们的也无力使用了ssi ， file插件没法解析include标签

不同的团队或项目用的模板引擎可能都不一样，可以根据团队或项目用到模板引起开发一个插件，类似：whistle.vase、whistle.tianma，根据配置pattern yourplugin://path(path可以为本地文件路径或者一个url)，加载path的内容进行动态渲染。如果是简单的内容替换可以用这个协议：resRepleace

可以通过 whistle.script 简单实现
