Hi Traitar Team,

Running traitar without setting an explicit numpy version, which used to work, now yields the following error: AttributeError: module 'pandas' has no attribute 'np'.

I explicitly set it in my lab's pipeline to 1.23.4 and that fixed it.

This is to recommend you do the same in the bioconda recipe.

Best,
Liam

Hi Liam,

Thanks for reaching out. @SilasK is maintaining the Conda recipe. Maybe he could take a look?

Best wishes,

Aaron
