Unfortunately, it seems there are no tagged releases. Rather then pull from master, users should be able to verify that its stable and have changelogs, etc. I suggest we check back in around 4 months from the first stable tagged release.

Is the licenses still accurate? There doesn't seem to be a licenses file, so if you could clarify what licenses are in there, that'll be great.

my apologies, i have removed it by mistake, but now it's back as it used to be (GPL v3).

PR updated accordingly.
