Describe the bug

The issue report here is occurring for Oracle and aurora as well.

Expected Behavior

CDK deploy should pass and stack should be rolled out

Current Behavior

Stack failing with above error.

Reproduction Steps

Post updating the construct parameters with your account VPC and subnet informations
Run npm build
Run cdk deploy from any subdirectory under - aws-cdk-examples/typescript/rds
