x-ray : end to end example with x-ray reciever and exporter settings

Hi.

Currently what I see the xray fields are missing contents in the config:

Can you please implement and show the actual usage of no.7 and no.8 routes from https://d2908q01vomqb2.cloudfront.net/fe2ef495a1152561572949784c16bf23abb28057/2022/05/03/opentelemetry-1.png ?

I would really love to see it in action :)
