When there are no TwinMaker workspaces created, the workspace selection UX does not clearly explain that search cannot be completed without existing workspace.

UX guideline:

Disable search fields and use error alert to prompt users about the issue

Acceptance Criteria

  • The error alert should be shown as in the above screenshot
  • Test cases
  • The new alert is accessible
