Should show warning when decimal places > 100

Describe the bug
When decimal places input value is > 100, the dashboard is not handling it correctly and resulting in error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Flow -1

1. Go to dashboard and open resource explorer if not yet open
2. Modify the decimal places under settings modal

3. Notice error in resource explorer

Flow -2

1. Go to dashboard and close resource explorer if not yet close
2. Modify the decimal places under settings modal

3. Notice error not handled

Expected behavior
Errors are captured, handled, and explained the range (0-100) to the customer
