Uninstaller Template does not remove all resources

Describe the bug
The uninstaller from the LZA workshop does not delete all resources
There are at least these stacks in the management account:

• AWSAccelerator-IdentityCenterStack-XXX-ap-southeast-2
• AWSAccelerator-ResourcePolicyEnforcementStack-XXX-ap-southeast-2

To Reproduce
Launch the uninstaller CFN

Expected behavior
All stacks should be deleted.

Please complete the following information about the solution:

• Version: v1.7.1
• Region: ap-southeast-2
• Was the solution modified from the version published on this repository?
• If the answer to the previous question was yes, are the changes available on GitHub?
• Have you checked your service quotas for the services this solution uses?
• Were there any errors in the CloudWatch Logs?

Screenshots
No log entries are created in Cloudwatch logs
