Some card fixes
- Fixed a NullPointerException that happened with Energy Restore (Expedition).
- Migrated all Basic Energy cards from Expedition to Groovy versions.
- Migrated Lass (Base Set) into a groovy implementation, fixing some issues with the card in the process.
- Fixed Kindle not doing damage for Numel (Dragon 70).
- Fixed the attack cost in Flamethrower (it asked for a Fighting Energy instead of a Fire Energy) in Houndoom (Dragon 34).
- Fixed some interactions of the "Gathering of cats" ability with move duplicators.
- Fixed the "Family Bonds" Poké-Body in Nidoqueen (FRLG 9). It should now properly stop its effect when Nidoqueen leaves play.
- Fixed the "Look for Friends" attack in Nidoran Female (FRLG 70), it should no longer give the bottom card of the deck to the player when no Basic Pokémon is found. Should also be slightly more verbose in the game log.
- Fixed Memory Berry (Crystal Guardians 80), it should no longer offer the ability to copy attacks from the opponent's Active Pokémon's pre-evolutions.
- Fixed the "Speed Stroke" attack in Aerodactyl (Legend Maker 1) preventing effects from attacks by Pokémon ex indefinitely, instead of only lasting during the opponent's next turn.

General Bugfixes:
- Fix cards that disable tool effects, cheat tools onto in-play Pokémon, and Pokémon that turn themselves into tool cards as well as their interactions.
Retro Bugfixes:
- Safeguard bypass, fixes BST 130, UNB 108
- Tapu Lele GX (Guardians Rising 60) "Wonder Tag" ability to show the opponent the card before putting into user's hand
- Koffing (Shining Fates 41): Fix "Ascension" attack to handle cases when no Weezing evolution card is selected from the deck
- Gardenia (Ultra Prism 124): Should not be playable if there are no Pokémon with damage counters
- Alakazam (Expedition 1): "Psymimic" PokePower should properly check for special conditions before allowing use
- Combusken (Great Encounters 35): "Bulk Up" attack should increase damage despite the defending Pokémon retreating/evolving/etc
- Lucario (Unleashed 19): "Bulk Up" attack should increase damage despite the defending Pokémon retreating/evolving/etc
- Luxray (Legends Awakened 8): "Rivalry" Poké-Body should increase damage by 50, not 30
- Politoed (Legends Awakened 12): "Enthusiasm" Poké-Body should only work when a Poliwag, a Poliwhirl and a Poliwrath are in play (not counting pre-evolution of evolved Pokémon in this). The damage increase should also not be ignored by shred attacks, should they happen
- Rayquaza (EX Deoxys 22): Should now stop causing a NPE when using it's "Dragon Aura" Poké-Body
- Rayquaza (EX Deoxys 22): "Dragon Aura" Poke-Body should only check for basic energy cards
- EXP.ALL (EX FireRed & LeafGreen): Should in theory prevent activation when a benched Pokémon is KO'd (couldn't reproduce, but logic could be improved anyway)
- Sidney's Stadium (EX Power Keepers 82): Should now properly remove pre-existing Special Conditions

- Kricketune V (Battle Styles 6): "Exciting Stage" can only be used once per turn
- Victini VMAX (Battle Styles 22): "Spreading Flames" attack requirements updated to be more clear why it cannot be used

- Lickilicky (Battle Styles 114): "Selickt" attack fixed to discard from deck if hand is empty
- Camping Gear (Battle Styles 112): Not allow card to be played when deck is empty
- Cheryl (Battle Styles 123): Not allow card to be played when user has no evolution Pokémon in play
- EXP Share (Battle Styles 126): Copy the behavior from EXP Share from Next Destinies 87
