Package a Modex and its resources together to facilitate their deployment

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To use a Modex in LIMA, you have to install its configuration file in a folder and add this folder to an environment variable. This is the same for the birary resources (compiled rules, deepner models, etc.). This is a little bit complicated for an end user.

Describe the solution you'd like
A Modex and its binary resources should be packaged in an archive usable like a plugin discoverable at run time.

The problem of the complex interaction between xml configuration files will have to be handled.
