Quest "Me Brother, Nipsy" Shows Incorrect Handin Location

On this quest [10] Me Brother, Nipsy we are asked to take a package from the Ironforge platform at the Deeprun Tram to the other side, at the Depot in Stormwind.
When selecting quest and clicking on "Show Map", POI for quest appears in a totally wrong place in Silverpine Forest.

Tester: confirmed. "Show Map" displays a handin location that's underwater, off the Silverpine Forest coast:

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

As the turn in point is inside an instanced map (Deeprun Tram), it should either not appear or appear on the side of Stormwind map, but not where it currently appears.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Get an alliance character at level 10
.q add 6662
Select quest on log and click on "Show Map" or simply Open map to see where POI for quest is located.
