Describe the bug
I'm facing a weird issue, nothing has changed on our end, stopped to work today. When restarting a Azure App Service plan it started to fail on pull the image from ACR.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. I've deployed a image to ACR as usual using github actions
  2. The image was successfully pushed
  3. No one can pull the image, even when properly authenticated. I can list the image, but fail on pull. I logged in using the ACR admin user and password.

Expected behavior
When authenticated, pull should be allowed normally
