Update GitHub Actions to use Node 16 #69

Currently getting this error when trying to deploy to GitHub Pages:

Node.js 12 actions are deprecated. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12/. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 16: actions/checkout, actions/setup-node, actions/checkout

I have forked and tried to change the contents of .workflow to point to Node 16 but to no avail.

It still complains about Node.js 12 but for now at least can build via GitHub actions.
