Request to move repository to build2-packaging

We ran into an issue in your libpng package with libm being imported instead of linked as system library (also, the latest/only release is still an alpha). We would like to fix those (and any other issues we identify). Therefore, would you be open to transferrin this repository to the build2-packaging organization (you will still be the owner of the transferred repository)? (I will send you an invite).

Ok, we've forked this repository to build2-packaging and will go ahead with the fixes. Let me know if you still want to work on this and I will invite you to build2-packaging and add you as the owner of the repository.

It's in alpha because I didn't implement all tests (from the original version) and unfortunately have no time to fix it :(
