I've got every task but this finished. Can you email me what specific branch permissions you want for this? @SMotaal

I guess I wanted us to discuss this, but for now you can copy it over from https://github.com/badging/event-diversity-and-inclusion/settings/branch_protection_rules/14835289 to https://github.com/badging/project-diversity-and-inclusion/settings/branch_protection_rules/new. It helps to double check that other settings are matching.

I thought each of us going over those once helps bring up good questions for when we meet, since we likely will want to document all this in #3.
