Have you read the README?

See here: https://github.com/badsyntax/SassBeautify#installation

To clarify the steps:

  1. Install package control
  2. Install SassBeautify from the package manager
  3. Open the command palette by typing cmd + shift + p
  4. Enter "SassBeautify" into the command palette

@badsyntax yes, but 'SassBeautify' doesn't show up as an option in my available package list...?

This usually means it's already installed.

Have you tried running the SassBeautify command?

Alternatively, I have found this to be a random bug in ST3: even though the SassBeautify plugin is installed, the command is not available. So, I would first uninstall the plugin, then restart Sublime Text, then re-install the plugin. Let me know if none of this works.

sb doesn't show up in the list of installed packages and sb isn't available from cmd-shift-p...?

i'm on osx 10.9.2 if that matters.

Have you tried to uninstalling, restarting ST3, and then re-installing, as I suggested?

I'm also on 10.9.2 using st3/3059.

If you open the console in Sublime Text (View >> Show console) before installing the plugin, it will show you errors, if any.
