当前tera基于zk连接进行ts判活，但是存在zk连接不断，却不响应任何外部请求的情况，包括ssh
人工都无法确认当前ts的状态，更无法对其上的tablet进行自动处理
已经找到办法检测出这种ts的存在，当前只能人工去重启服务器解决
