Page break Missing | seems that print area is full A4 page

It seems that the print area is using the full A4 page size.

1. This is a Problem when printed out.
2. shows up when there is a page break needed (a bid with 26 positions) will force a 2nd page (not pretty) but readable
3. in every case when a second or third page appears (this might be a problem with the file size as of todays point of view) there must be a footer with the DATESTAMP | the BID NUMBER | page 1 of X | COMPANY NAME

so that in every situation it is clear that the bid has 2 or more pages
