Unable to get SNOTEL data size without downloading

I am currently unable to get SNOTEL data size without downloading the data. This is because there is no content-length header in the http response.

A hacky workaround, if downloading from multiple SNOTEL stations, could be to get the response length from one station and use the same size for downloads from other stations.
