RioDrawIncludeBorders

The riospawn feature allows the user to "draw" the position where a window is to spawn by dragging out an area using the mouse.

By default the drawn area does not include the window border, which means that the occupied area will be larger than the selection.

If the RioDrawIncludeBorders functionality is enabled then the drawn area includes the window border.

The effect is easier shown using exaggerated borders:

RioDrawIncludeBorders off (default)

The difference between the two is very subtle when the border is small and which of the two methods to choose comes down to what feels more natural to you.
