Sticky

The Sticky flag makes a client window remain on screen regardless of what workspace is being viewed.

Sticky clients are always treated as being floating.

The flag may also be set or removed via client messages if a _NET_WM_STATE message is received with a property of _NET_WM_STATE_STICKY.
