XML Event log file should keep more information : using commit messages or size would be great

The Python script should keep as much information as possible in XML Event
log file to be able to use more options on display formating.

=> for instance
- using commit messages to display special color on some event

already done for personal use, but should be extend to other common VCS log 
formats
(CVS and GIT)

Hi Sebastien,

You've been added to the committers list.

This should not be an always-on feature because storing more information from 
large
repositories would significantly increase file size.

Yes. It should certainly be optional. I currently have a 900Mb activity.xml 
file, and
anything I can do to reduce the size is essential.
