  • I run GW2 to character select screen
  • I ALT-TAB and start gw2dps
  • I maximize the game and run to an enemy and attack
  • gw2dps shows 0 no matter what i do

What could be the issue?

(I ran the gw2dps.exe as admin)

This is 1.0 right? Does the target health display anything? Or is that also 0? If it is also 0, then the read process memory is failing. Something could be blocking that. Try moving it to a different folder, and run it from there. If that does not work do you mind downloading activepython 2.7 from http://www.activestate.com/activepython/downloads, and also download the 1.0 source code, https://github.com/balkanpy/gw2dps/archive/gw2dps_1.0.zip, and run gw2dps.py after you start the game?

This happens to me with every .exe version.
I even disabled User Account Control and other stuff.

It works if I install activepython 2.7 and run the gw2dps.py. I just can't move the bars on my secondary screen to see the numbers in real time.

I can't play GW2 in wondowed mode due to desktop gamma issues.

Is there any way I can move the bars when running the .py ? (I dont mind having python installed)

Thank you for the quick response! It's an awesome idea and a great tool.

Thanks.

So pressing "ALT" does not allow you to click on the them?

Can you run gw2dps.py from command prompt and let me know if any errors pop up?
