React Native Mac OS support?

Similarly to this windows request. I'm wondering if there are any plans of supporting https://github.com/microsoft/react-native-macos. I'm planning on shipping a companion to my mobile app and it would be nice with zeroconf-support!

for me it already works with react-native-macos, I had to add the service I want to browse in xcode, in the info list under "Bonjour services" I added an entry for the service I want to scan.
