support for the require function

I have some nodes that needs the require function. If I am not mistaken, it is not yet supported.

It used to be supported in the older versions, and it was pretty buggy.

During the big rewrite, I decided that I would stick to "modern" Puppet practices, so I scrapped it. I do not intend to bring it back, as it is a lot of work, would make the Puppet.Daemon module a lot more complex, and would introduce quite a few bugs.

Unfortunately, this isn't a great answer to your problem ...
