An IOC reset will disable all event notifications, need to find these events and re-enable the notifications again.

I tried simulating a card reset but there was no loss of event monitoring status, not sure it's worth dealing with it if I can't find how to cause such a problem. The report is based on a document I read that mentioned it not an actual hitting of an issue.
