grunt-eco compiles ect to html and would be more useful for static sites. Unfortunately it does not seem to precompile to JST (JavaScript Template), unlike e.g. grunt-contrib-jst / grunt-contrib-handlebars which precompile Underscore / Handlebars templates to JST.
