After restart IceWM the window of XXkb does not fall back into the tray.

I use XXkb as keyboard layout switcher. Its main window is installed into the tray. However, after restart IceWM the window of XXkb does not fall back into the tray. To use .xxkbrc from attach and start XXkb is enough to reproduce.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Install xxkb;
2. Put xxkbrc.txt from attach to home directory as .xxkbrc
   xxkbrc.txt ;
3. Start xxkb in terminal emulator;
4. Restart IceWM.
   After that the main window of the XXkb will appear in the upper left corner of the desktop and will have its own button on the taskbar. I have tested this on ALTLinux and Debian. The screenshot is also attached.

The issues has a search bar where you can type xxkb and see if others have had similar problems with xxkb and probably spare us this issue. The last time I checked, xxkb was unmaintained and non-conformant and buggy and not worth looking at. Maybe alltray is of help.
