This function is not being brought into memory when loading PEMsamplr. When I run the following code PEMsamplr::build_site_transects I get the following error:
"No documentation for ‘build_site_transects’ in specified packages and libraries"
I have been working around this by saving the code from git locally. Additionally, writing to layers within a geopackage gives an error on linux systems with shared memory. See this issue: r-spatial/sf#628 this is a error on the GDAL/SQlite driver side of things. I could not find a way in specifying driver options to get around this issue - I tried several including removing locking on the database. The only work around I was able to use was to write to a temp file and copy this to the desired location.
