We have different alerts to implement:
1- Money applied after 6 pm - exact
GIVEN I am on the Short Name Detail Page
WHEN I link Account
Then I see a message that payment is applied after 6 pm
After 6 pm showing us as paid amount update

2- Linking more than one account shows alert of money still available in the Short Name and shows more than one account and continue linking until all names are linked and alert is gone.
After 6 pm the amount will be updated

Back end needed because statement logic is required

Alerts / Caution logic was removed after discussions with @ethantspitt as there is a change in direction on how that will be handled for the refund flow. The state management will likely be kept at the short name level rather than per account link, which should simply what needs to be done in those tickets.
