This coop is Not In Good Standing due to an overdue AR.

Should staff be allowed to View/Change Business Info (ie, file a special resolution)?

Currently, special resolutions are not allowed in this scenario, ie:

INVALID TICKET - this particular business is NIGS and there's a pending filing that's blocking the other actions.

Here's another coop that's NIGS and special resolution filings (aka View and Change Business Information) are allowed/enabled:
