The NR state (expiration date, names) might change after the original email/notification is sent. When resending the email, it's important to send it with the same email body as the original.

We can store the NR object in the events table when the email/notification is sent. Currently, only the nr_num is passed to the NR email processor. Is it possible to add new functions in the NR email processors to accept the NR object?
