Statements - Fix gap when switching from weekly -> monthly plus interim statement fixes

When you don't hit a sunday for the end of the weekly, the weekly isn't generated and skipped.
Weekly is only generated on Sunday:

For example switching from weekly to monthly weekly would start August 1st end August 31st, Monthly Sept 1st

There would be a gap from August 26th -> August 31st where no statement would be generated. This isn't so good.
