Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

KQ uses a bad language library to ensure contents of request are safe for draft metadata record in BCDC. This functionality is not available as a service beyond KQ.

Describe the solution you'd like

Expand this idea as a corporate offering for government websites as a microservice.
