Once an engagement is unpublished the following restrictions should apply:

  • The approved comments will be accessible internally only. You will have two weeks to review new comments. All comments not reviewed, rejected, or labelled as "needs further review" will be deleted on "two weeks from todays date".
  • No emails would be sent to participants (as per Comment Review pathway)
  • Any user submission that happens after the engagement is unpublished should lead user to a page, similar to the unsubscribe page (same style, no icon) showing the message "Sorry, this engagement is not available"
