Develop wireframes for the map page, addresses:

• Search authorizations based on location from the map #106
• View search results on a map #105
• Show map layers with ability to toggle them #109
• Question: Should we be able to draw a shape or upload data temporarily to identify a region on the map? #107
  • we are aiming for drawing polygons

Checklist:

• explore how results can be displayed across screens
• understand constraints/limits based on library
